Description
CRV VERDANT - PLUS is a multi-action compound which could maintain freshness of bread at an extended period, thus eliminating the problem of early staling. It also maintains the softness and condition of the bread much longer than any product with certain emulsifier.

Anti-Staling Enzyme, emulsifier, mold inhibitor, and modified starch
Usage
The recommended usage level is 0.5% to 1.0 % base on flour weight.
Storage
One year if stored in a cool, dry place at a normal room temperature.
